The Department of Communication at the University of Memphis seeks a Lecturer to teach at the Lambuth Campus in Jackson, TN. A master’s in communication is required, PhD preferred. Teaching and scholarly interests should be in the area of professional and relational communication, with an ability to teach such courses as organizational, small group, and interpersonal communication, as well as other required courses in the communication studies concentration.
The teaching load is 4 courses per semester. Experience with both internships and online teaching is desirable. The successful candidate will be committed to recruiting undergraduate majors and building a successful communication studies program at the Lambuth Campus.
